I have had many jobs I worked one for 10 years It started great raises were there every year everyone communicated and got along it went this way for a long while. Then we ended up hiring a few bad apples, not that they were bad workers they were actually knowledgeable, efficient and good at there jobs. One thing was they worried about what everyone else was doing but whatever they were doing was fine. They undermined the branch manager to his bosses with phone calls until he was asked to resign The moral of the entire branch which spread to the other branch went hell in a hand basket and they patted themselves on the back, as they talked pure shit about everyone's life, including peoples personal lives. It got to the point where I was scared to fire up my company vehicle to go to the gas down the road to fuel up and pick up a pack of crackers unless it was during company time I eventually had to quit and get another job as the company got on the edge of folding up and it eventually did.
