Where is my Refund

I order on line from a battery pack from Polaroid,and immediately in about 30 minutes, called back to cancel said order. Now, she said that the monies had already been withdrawn from my account, and it would take 30 days to be refunded. Okay..but it has been FOUR MONTHS and I still have not received my refund. What's up polaroid...with all the electronic equipment you have, you can't process an order for a refund in a timely manner....
