Vets just out for money

I had to go to an emergency vet clinic today out in Ellicott City Md. my dog needed a c-section and the vet quoted a price of $2200.00 and I would have to have it before taking the dog home. I stated its no way I could come up with that in a day. He stated than I would have to take the dog home, Well the dog is dying. Vets today only care about getting their money, not the animal if they did they would work with people. Than they had the guall to ask me to sign a paper stateing I refused treatment. I wrote a note on the paper and signed it below my note.
