Vegas cabbies suck!

It's too hard to catch a cab in Las Vegas unless you are a tourist on the strip or at the airport! It pisses me off! Even if you are a tourist they really hope that you are stupid, because they will cheat you! All they want to do is cheat the tourists and ignore the locals! They suck!
