never go to the sunrise island view with thomas cook be warned they will take your money if you have problems they dont want to know. they sent my family with 3 young children to egypt lovely boiling hot weather no kids pool or beach oh and it was a building site. im still fighting to get some one at thomas cook to even acknowledge my complaint!
