My roomate is semi-retarded. He lives in his own world because he was neglected as a child and has no sense of self. He has no self confidence. I get angry at him sometimes because I think he's lazy. I know that he can't help how he is and I should feel sad for him and I do, but sometimes I think if only I could smack some sense into him. I just get angry cause I feel I have to carry a lot of weight that he should be carrying but can't because he is so ill equipped to be part of our society
