
Sprint cell phone reps

I have a Sprint cell phone. My plan included unlimited text messaging, or so it was supposed to be on my plan. Well, now they are saying it wasn't included and charging me $380.00 for text messaging. The rep was supposed to include it, but didn't. Also, the Sprint Company said I called and added a service, when I didn't. I want to cancel my service but I have a contract. So I am stuck. I have to pay $380.00 or be charged a cancellation fee and have it on my credit report as bad credit. I am pissed and stuck. I am tired of being forced to pay things when I shouldn't have to.
