I was trying to get a simply door handle for my microwave for work. I was passed off to seven different phone numbers and the last one was the last straw the women didn't even bother to return my phone call or course I got voice mail as always I never did get anywhere with getting a part I needed to fix the handle i will never purchase a sanyo product again
