Real Estate dud

We hired a realestate agent to sell my parents house and she is the laziest person in the business. She has done practically nothing to sell the house. She won't list with the MLS becuase she doesn't want to split the commission with anyone. We were hoping my parents would be moved before snos flies. They are committed to her until December. Hopefully things will work out
