College 'graduation'

Why exactly is it that i GRADUATED from college a few weeks ago and I have yet to receive my grades? Apparently you have to fill out all sorts of exit paperwork to qualify to receive your grades. What crap. I am so fed up with this, I just sent them a really long letter voicing my concern about my disgust with this school.
