being scamed

can anyone help me, i ordered two pair of shoes from this web site listed BlazenKicks.com back in sep 2006 i have yet recived my shoes and they have took 400.00 dollars out of my checking account in the past few mths i have emailed them and no response, they dont have an address or phone number listed and i want to know who to report this site to so no one will be like me scamed please help me thanks kspurlock2464@charter.net
