I bought two products from pny technologies. a memory card and a power supply. i sent in the origional reciept, and product code off the box. i recieved two postcards that said i did not include the product codes (upc) when i called to complain the person stated there was nothing he could do. he asked me to send them again! how can i send them again? the codes are gone! they didn't even return my reciept! I will never buy a pny product again
