Last Feb on the coldest day of the winter my furnace broke down. DIRECT ENERGY said they would come between 7 and 11 pm. At 9 I phoned to make sure they were still coming. They said driver was in route. At 11 I phoned to see where he was. They said he had already been here and the furnace was now fixed. I phoned again at 11:15 and they then said I had been rescheduled for the next day. I phoned another company who came right over within a half hour and fixed my furnace. DIRECT ENERGY SUCKS.
