we bought a car(99 caddi sts from terry monroe(cadillac) in peru,Ill and they charged us over 27,000 plus we bought an extended warranty from them - and a sun roof and remote control for the car starter --- well we have taken the car back to them 9 times they refuse to even look at the car now -telling us they have no interest in it and the warranty has run out but hasnt - they said the warranty started when it rolled off the factory line --we bought the car with like 32,000 miles on it --- they sent it to others dealerships and they wont look at it now because it was from another dealership --- we bought a 100,000 miles -so now what can we do ? they are so angry when I call them and wont take the car back or fix it either any suggestions ? ty for your time they told me it was an electrical problem
