Be careful when dealing with rent-to-own realty companies/agents esp. an outfit called Landvest in Phila, PA. They will tell you whatever you want to hear to get you to sign on the dotted line. Because I believed what I was told, I may lose the money I put down as a deposit on the house, as well as the house itself. Beware people...
