I went on a round the world trip and asked Orange to lower my minutes on my contract as I wouldn't be using them. However, upon returning, I've in fact been charged for the full 120 minutes per month. I just called them and apparently as I was in the 'first 6 months' of my contract I cannot lower my tariff. This is just insane as I have been an orange customer for years and renew that contract each year. So what they're saying is for a random half of each year I'm considered a liability and am unable to make changes to my contract. That's no reward for loyalty whatsoever.
