O2 rip off

I have had huge problems with O2 because of a contract phone. They have persistently overcharged me for a phone that I returned. They don't listen when I phone to sort the problems out and now they are threatening to take me to court and hounding me through a debt recovery agency for £29. I don't owe them money and they admit when I phone them my account is actually in credit for £5. It seems impossible to end the contract and sort out this mess.Take my advice don't have anything to do with this company.
