Bank fraud

I went to Bank of America to finally pay off my credit card debt and specifically asked what my balance was and if there were anymore charges that may have been added such as interest she said no. I paid off my balance assuming it was paid and not even a week later I get my new statement saying I owe $60 now that was interesest. Now I had the bank teller actually been honest and told me that she could find out the actually balance I would have been able to call myself to find out but she didn't she just took my money. Not only that but when I called to find out about everything I decided to cancel the account the man hung up on me for no reason. THis has not been the only bad experience. I have had an account with them for over 5 years and all of a sudden they don't have my correct address and I have not moved. OS for the next three months I didn't not receive a bill and was charge late fee when I had don'e nothing wrong and their computer had a problem. they didn't reverse anything. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with and if anyone has anything thru them they need to be really carefull with your money and watch them take it away from you.
