My Refund from Home Depot

The home depot people lead by the assistant manager name Rhianan removed their kitchen island last March 20, 2006, the special order I made last June 2005 but was a wrong order but I pay a down payment of $61.50 on the month of June 2005, and start paying my order since July 2005 until January or February 2006. I also pay $112.50 for the counter for it on November 2005. There was a dispute amount of $1,128.27 on Jan. 13, 2006 and a refund for $799.98 on March 29, 2006 but Home depot will not send me my refund. It seem to me like, they want me to spend it in their store. Today, I received refund for $300.00 and cents but that is not the whole amount I have been paying them since July 2005. Please help me get my money back please. I already wrote the BBB and the Attorney General in the concern states but I did not get a positive responsed. I also have 12 holes in our new kitchen floor, they are still not doing anything about it. From March 2006 and until now October, I haven't receive my full refund of that kitchen island.
