Good Will

When a company sells goods and/or services at competitive prices and gains the confidence of its customers, this is known as good will. which ensures repeat business. This is how it should be, but we see complaints about certain firms which fail to serve their clientelle. Some companies have such poor customer relations it's a wonder they stay in business and by rights they should not. It's up to the consumers to refuse to buy from those firms and to lodge complaints to Consumer Affairs agencies in their areas.
