Match.com won't kick-off person who is scamming

Made a complaint to match.com regarding a memeber who is scamming women. I made the mistake to give personal info to get flowers. I got more than that, not only were flowers hot, but so were all of the other packages that started arriving at my home. Made police report,several complaints to match.com and the jerk is still on their site!!
