I'm a first time home buyer, who 5 months after finding a property, paying fees to lender and solicitors, am still no nearer a completion date and on the verge of losing the property. My sociltors are liars, covering they track for what has been a S**t service, for which I am being charge over £1200. Virtually impossible to get in contact with, they don't return my calls or the vendors solicitors calls. For years when I heard jokes about killing/maiming/hating a solicitor, I thought them over the top, and now I finally understand. They are truly greedy people who don't give a damn about others.
