Lowes unfair to employees

Here's my story. I unfortuantely worked for Lowes for three years. They play it up in meetings and on television ads about how caring they are to their customers and how faithfull they are to their employees. It's all a smoke screen. I saw customers treated unfairly repeatedly. Lied to about why their delivery was late, such as, we had trucks that were'nt registered on time. The delivery manager knew that they were due three months ahead, I know, I told them. Well two months overdue and a driver gets stopped. He's told take the truck back to the store, keep it there and all the others until the registrations are up to date. So we didn't get on the road until 11:30 A. M. that day. Customers were calling up complaining they were'nt getting their delivery when promised. The excuse given to them was that two of our trucks had broken down. Of course we told them the truth. Then they were mad and rightfully so. That excuse was used all the time. Each time it was a lie. They were also sold merchandise that was supposedly in the warehouse and would be delivered the next day, of course the salesman never checked to see if we did have it, they just went by what the computor told them. The next day they'd tell them that the piece they had on hand was damaged and they'ed have to try and get another one from another store and deliver it the next day. Now for the topper because I could go on and on about things like that. Over a period of time because they don't do ergonomic studies of the jobs, and because they don't have the proper equipment to deliver heavy merchandise with becuase they're too cheap to buy it, delivery people start injuring their bodies. I'm talking two people delivering 350 pound washers up to the second and third floors of condos by stairway carrying them because they don't have the proper trucks to use on these stairways. Also sending two men out with 750 pound sub zero refrigerators to deliver it with a hand truck designed to handle no more then a hundred pounds. Also two men handling 350 to 450 pound safes up stairways because they say to deliver them or go home. These jobs are killing even the young guys. I'm in my 60's. Over time it ruptured two disks in my neck, several disks in my back are bulging, I have a torn rotator cuff on my dominant arm, I'm now unemployed with no unemployment money coming in, no disability money coming in and waiting for ssi to make a decision which will take up to six months as to wether I will get disabilty from them or not. It didn't go through workmans comp because all this came on gradually so it couldn't be proved I did it on the job because I didn't feel the problems right away. Does Lowes care? Hell no. You try to get people to respond to you from HR and you never get response, You notify corporate HR and because it isn't the persons district they don't want to hear from you anymore. Why? It's simple. Today these companies have no problems getting someone else to do thier slave work. You were making a little over $13 an hour so they get rid of you like this and hire an alien for $7 an hour to replace you, no problem. In the mean time my creditors are after me for money I don't have, my private hmo from another company I worked for is paying for all the problems and my family is supporting my wife and I and it's draining them. That's your good and loyal to the customers and employees Lowes company. And that's the Gods honest truth. I tried to talk to these people and they won't even respond. It's time for an attorney I think.
