Almost a year ago I went into an establishment in Fort Myers Florida called the City Tavern when a very large speaker fell on my head then resting on my shoulders and knocking me out. Since then I have been out of work and have medical bills piling up due to the accident and I am still suffering. I got a lawyer and now he says there is nothing I can do because in the state of floeida and if you are a corporatated company you dont need insurance. Just right after the incident the owner sold the business. I feel that this is a Fraudulent sale of his business to keep assets away from the damages done to me due to his neglegence of Safty Hazards in his business. Why would they state of FLORIDA allows a business get away with this and how long must I suffer.I mailed letters and sent emails to many Goverment offices, even Washington DC and nobody will help me and as of today the business is still open and no body even cares about what happened to me. I will not stop until this guy pays for what he did to me no matter how long it takes because somebody has to listen.
