Linksys router

This is about a Linksys router and the company's refusal to replace. I have been trying for over a week and countless hours on hold on the telephone to resolve the issue and just when I thought it was done I am now told 'no' by another department. At 1am last night I was told the unit would be replaced and now the next morning I am told 'no' it will not be done. I believe the Linksys company is a very bad joke. I upgraded this router and shazzzam I have problems abound. I will not buy another Linksys product and suggest that no one else does either as sooner or later you will be screwed. When you talk to one place and they tell you 'it will be done' and then another place you have to call says the opposite is when you know you wasted your time and money and this does not take into consideration the computer down time. DO NOT BUY lINKSYS PRODUCTS!
