I wish to file a formal complaint against my child visitation supervisor I believe that she did not handle my case fairly or competently for the following reasons: (1) Her report to the court reflects a negative bias against me based on her racist view, discrimination and false assumptions which she clearly has demonstrated Page 9 and in her report as a whole. (2) She wrote false report to the court based on my ethnic back ground and legal status by way of making negative and derogatory report regarding my parenting ability or activity which has nothing to do with my character and wiliness to provide a safe and appropriate care for my son without her having real life or scientific support. (3) She is unqualified for cases involving children and she does not recognize or honor the intense bond of love and dependency that binds parents and children together and she is too careless about disrupting that all-important bond regardless of the damage of the parties involved. (4) She has ignored and discounted my statement concerning my boy's health and growth and made statement which was beyond her qualifications or the facts. (5) She has not acted in the best interest of my child by traumatizing unneeded and illegal interventions during our visits and was too eager to separate us from the beginning. (6) She has overstepped her authority by illegal searches, interrogations and intimidations. (7) She misrepresented my status pertaining to the case and she tells me one thing then reports something else to the court. (8) Even though I have complied with the case and her demands of UN agreed extra money which I see as extortion yet she has refused to honor her explicit promise that my pictures of me and my son she took during visitations will be returned. (9) She has repeatedly failed to return my Emails to give me my pictures back. (10) She has repeatedly violated the department's own policies and procedures as well as Colorado and Federal statues during the entire course of these paid supervised visits and in her report to the court. (11) She violated the therapist-client/patient privileges by forwarding correspondence between me and her to both the defendant and her lawyer. HIPPA laws alone preclude her from disseminating such information without a release from me. C.R.S 13-90-107 also prohibits her from disclosing correspondence between me and her. This conduct also implicates her licensure. Therefore I believe she is unqualified, irresponsible and shouldn't be allowed to handle court cases were children are involved. Do you know where I can file a compliant against such a person or some one who can help in Denver area? I have over whelming evidence to support my case including her report to the court which I shouldn't have or see. Please email back ffg2007@hotmail.com
