bad fitting of floors

we recntly fitted wooden flooring which is cracking and shifting andwhen we complained we were assured it would be fixed. In spite of my family taking time off work to wait in for the fitters we have been continually let down.Then the owner of the firm came out to view the floor and suggested we had nothing to complain about.
