OK im an atheist who is always respectful of the beliefes of others, but i cant stand christians sometimes. They say how us atheists are immoral and wicked when their the ones who shove their religious doctrine down our throats. And dont you love how they demonize EVERYTHING?! Weather it be non-believers, muslims, single moms, mormons, everyone who has sex before marriage, out of wedlock children, gay people, and basically anyone who isnt white and doesnt think the way they do. I cant wait until all religion goes extinct, they dont even have evidence to support gods existence. FUCK ALL RELIGION. *gives christians the finger*

That's okay. Everyone I know who has faith thinks Athiests are deluded narcissistic idiots that couldn't accept Truth if it was a blueprint placed before them. Athiests complete lack of understanding of reality, while claiming to be the 'supremely intelligent' members of humanity, is mind-boggling. Plus they're all selfish and cold and rude. They care for no one. They have respect for nothing but money and self-pleasure. It's really distasteful yet we have to put up with them and even listen as they run around like monkeys screetching about Dawkins and Darwin the great Humanist Prophets. Athiests are a plague on the world. If there was a way to find out if your baby would become Athiest in utero, I would abort mine if it showed to have that mental defect.

No, it's really not. It's far more likely that a sentient being thought up and created this world and us than for the planets, life, complex DNA structure, bannanas, feelings, the ability to think and out-think one's self, grow, procreate, understand and accept a basic universal law of right & wrong, and grasp in some small way the concept of love... to have just popped into existance from a crack of lightning or 2 planets collide (which, where did space and planets and stars and solar systems and galaxies, etc. come from in the first place??) if there was literally nothing to begin with, what caused there to be something? There had to have been something to cause something. If it was just space and two molecules floating around, where did those two molecules come from? Could it be that you just don't want to give up doing whatever you wannna do and continually live without a purpose? Afraid to give up your unsatisfying lifestyle? There is more to it than just you. God has given we humans a purpose and mission. And guess what? My joy is real. When I mop my kitchen floor, I feel true satisfaction. When I tell other people about why I am so satisfied with myself, I become more pleased with myself. And let's not forget the overwhelming examples of in my own life that prove to me that there is a real God and he knows me. I wish I could tell you all the times He has made Himself known to me, my friends and my family. No, you're right. Your angry life is the right answer. We should all be unhappy because there's really nothing more to us than cells. Look, It's a shame when people let 'church talk' take over. Overall, Christians are failing in their duty. We were charged with the mission of telling people that there is a God who loves every one of us and wants us to want Him. But he leaves it up to us. And we are not God. We have many flaws. If we didn't... If we were perfect... Well, then we might as well be angels. (no offense intended, angels...) So, we have flaws. That's why you get the crazy church lady who yells at you for being atheistic. She sucks at talking. She is the crazy cat lady that is allergic to cats so she finds the church as her hobby instead. But there are still 'level-headed' Christians out there. I do not hate you. I love you. I think you are too smart to be an atheist. I think you have had bad experiences with Christians and are easily influenced by 'group mentality...' Just like crazy church lady... It's easy, WAY too easy to make fun of Christians and hate on them. But look at it from my side. When I give this kind of talk, people mock me, call me names, even spit at me! Wow. I am a level-headed person who cares enough about my savior and my brothers to be hated by the same people I am trying to help. Find a Christian outside the church. At work, at the deli, on a plane. Talk to that Christian. (Results may vary, but you have a much better chance of hooking a winner.) Ask them if they care about you. Ask them to tell you why they are a Christian. You might be more understanding. Okay? Hope that helps all 2 of you who read this whole thing in the next 4 years...

And dont even get me started on Evolution vs. Creationism. Evolution makes more sense to me than 'a giant wizard in the sky made everything'.

To be fair, some christians (not all but some) constantly demonize gays, atheists, and muslims etc. So when they act that way towards others that are different its no surprise why people are leaving the church nowadays.

I never said it was. What I said was it is close minded to say that you are absolutely certain that it isn't. The same is true of any belief system.
Commented Nov 12, 2011 by anonymous
Many believers were once like you.
Commented Nov 11, 2011 by anonymous
Hey guess what? i dont need saving because im in no danger. I've never believed in a god. And i'm certainly not going to go to a church every fucking sunday and apologise for being human. You were tricked from an early age into believing what generations before you believed, and the moment you question HIS existence then suddenly your a blasphemous sinner!

So all these people giving me bible lectures are from the UK?
Commented Nov 11, 2011 by anonymous
Even if the universe was created from a god it doesnt mean it was your christian god.
Commented Nov 11, 2011 by anonymous
It cracks me up how atheists think they are the ones with the open mind. How can you be so sure that there is no God? Think about it, most of the universe is invisible to us. We are able to hear only a small slice of the sounds that are there, we can see only a tiny band of colors and we can feel heat from another small range of the electromagnetic spectrum. As for the rest of it, we can only detect it with our instruments, if we can detect it at all. Just because you can't detect something doesn't mean it isn't there. At the same time it doesn't mean it is there either but you can't give a definitive answer and pretend like you are open minded while calling everyone else with a different opinion backwards.

naaaa....some are okay and others are kinda like...'the situation' or 'snookie' they give where they come from a bad name and embarras them. as do all countries and nationalities.....we all have some. we just overlook them and move on down the road.
Commented Nov 11, 2011 by anonymous
WOW! UK people are such idiots on here!
Commented Nov 11, 2011 by anonymous
LMAO! well it would be nice for all religion 2 go extinct in YOUR LIFE TIME. bet you would be on your knees praying to god to protect you. no worries ....religion or not 'God' is always there and he does forgive (thank god for that) because if he did not exist people like you would not be able to live as you do. SELFISH he gave his only son for you! you are lost but he will find you, and you may not like what he has to say.
Commented Nov 11, 2011 by anonymous
Maybey you've got a point, i actually think its just the church who demonizes everyone and not the christians who attend but it just breaks my heart that some christians can hate others who are different.
Commented Nov 11, 2011 by anonymous
You don't like us, Ok. But your characterization is inaccurate, and your hate is unjustified.
Commented Nov 11, 2011 by anonymous
Im with you on that one, i hope America and the world becomes atheistic.
