Help with life timeline? Academics?

Hi I need a bit of help in planning out my future. I just graduated from Community College and I spent 4 years there, instead of 2. 2 extra years of my life wasted (academic plan wise) but well worth it in experience. I graduated from High School at 16 and I'll be 21 this year. Now I'm trying to find a full time job, because I can't afford to go to a University just yet, I need to earn some extra cash, as tuition is very costly and I need money for rent and life expenses and tuition doesn't really cover that, I have a scholarship to deal with tuition however. Anyways I'm thinking that I'll stay at this full time job for 2-3 years, I'm mostly leaning towards 2. Which would make me 23 instead of 24. Anyways at Uni I am aiming to get my bachelors which may take 4 years which would make me 27 or 28. Now I'm hoping and praying I take less time to ascertain my bachelors. As I've more than overstayed my welcome in attaining my associates. Anyways after that I want to take a year to do Cosmetology training which brings me to being 28 or 29 or I think 30. Anyways I was thinking I may need to work for a year before I go after trying to ascertain my masters. Or hopefully I have enough money, not to work at all (wishful thinking I know). Anyways I already want to be married while trying to get my masters, but that's also wishful thinking. I want to be married for 2 years before I have kids so I'm thinking that I'll have my first child at 33 and my second child at 35. But that's also wishful thinking. I do know that things don't always go as planned, but it doesn't hurt in trying. And as a woman, I don't really have time on my side, when it comes to having kids. So how can I plan out my future that by the time I'm 31, I would have already ascertained my Bachelor's Degree and already done Cosmetology and hopefully already Married so that the only thing left is to get married and get my masters degree? I don't want to be one of those women that go back to school after the they've had kids. My mom did that, and she had to do it online and I definitely don't want to do an online degree or trying to get my masters degree when I've already become a mom. And I was thinking, if I had to do it, and that's a big if, I would have done it, when my first child was born so that by the time, my first child was ready to go to preschool, I would have already returned home. Sorry for the Long write up. I really hope someone can help me.
