AOL are in breach of the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 if deaf and hearing impaired people cannot access information such as MAC codes when using a chosen form of communication. Such services are set out in Part III, Sections 19-21 of this Act - so why are AOL flaunting this law by asking deaf and hearing impaired customers to use a convenional telephone to access such information - whewn it is clear they cannot do so in such a manner? Wake up AOL - and get your (legal) act together!
