Am I completely screwed if I've been sexually harrassed, ie. constantly being asked out by the boss and being touched inappopriately if: a) I've made attempts to spend time with him outside of work in a friendly (not sexual) nature, thinking (at first) that he was a nice, lonely guy and just harmlessly flirtatious and b) My style is kind of punk rock which means I've worn things like leopard miniskirts to my job. I work in a gift shop so I don't exactly need to be corporate but I'm afraid my look will be held against me in court. Thanks.
