Hostile Environment

I worked for a company called 'Rinker Materials Corporation' in West Palm Beach. The Information Technology department is very tough to work for. Management does not treat the employees with respect and dignity. Lots of bad language, disrespet, they don't follow their own policies. Management follows the policies when it is convenient to them. Management once belittled me by yelling and screaming bad language like if I was someone from the street. I did not complain to HR because they are all friends and take care of each other. The hide things, their quote is 'Throw it under the rug'.
