Kosher.com is not Kosher

Do NOT do business with Kosher.com! Their business methods are NOT Kosher. They charged me a YEAR LATE for merchandise they said they had not charged over 13 months before, and since I no longer had records going back that far I felt it the honorable thing to do to give them the benefit of the doubt even though I believed they had made a mistake. They followed up by overcharging me for an order, refusing to take my phone calls or emails until I threatened to file an internet fraud complaint with the FTC, and then called and tacked on additional charges for “styrofoam, dry ice, handling, etc” that they had never charged on previous orders, and after that the total was STILL less than was charged to my debit card. I am filing a complaint with my bank and with VISA, and I want Kosher buyers to know that if these people are so disorganized that they can't get half of your order to you, can't provide you with a total amount for your order when you place it, and can't charge your credit card for over a year after it's shipped, then perhaps they should be in a diffent business. The news is that they are going to be the Kosher food supplier for Amazon.com's new grocery service. If so, beware! I am very disappointed to have been treated so poorly by the people at Kosher.com. If you like unreliability, enjoy being overcharged and maltreated, then by all means patronize this business.
