Ford Focus Ignition Switch

My Ford Focus Ignition Switch is Locked up, I am unable to Put the Key into the Igniton Switch. Is there a Recall On this Problem. Who Do I need to Call about this problem, this is not fair, It is Costly, Can somebody assist me with some information about this problem. Thank You.
