The towing service that Shell Oil company offers is a scam. My truck broke down on I-270 in Illinois, I called and called the towing service that I pay for for four and one half hours, and I was told by the assistant that I was beligerant. Where do people get off.The towing servece stinks that is offered by Shell. If you have it CANCEL IT.
