Ford, knowing they had a complaint re their dvd player in a fusion, allowed customers to have their battery power drained, by not informing the customer, as it was not a safety issue. They are prepared as a gesture of good will to pay half the cost of replacement (£600) but not £65 plus VAT to disconect same. How many other car manufacturers would treat their customers so shabbily.
