Father's rights

My granddaughters have been sexually abused by their father, but, to date, the court system still says he has the right to see his children. Fortunately, at the moment, DSS has not allowed this to happen, but the fear that he could be allowed to see them prior to a hopeful conviction is scaring us to death.
