enterprise car rental

I was in awreck and the other person's insurance is supposed to pay the car rental. I spoke with Enterprise and ask if the Insurance was paying them they said yes. However now a month later they want to sent me a charge for more than three hundred dollars claiming the charge was pending so be carefull Enterprise is a deceitful car rental place. Before I turned the car in they told me I was cover now all of a sudden i am not
