Discrimite behavior of IMPOV orlando restaurent

I don't know this is going to matter but anyway I wanted to let Everybody know. Last night(10/28/2006; b/w 7:30 pm and 9 pm) me and my 8 friends went to Pablo Fransico show at IMPROV` at corner of church street. We ordered food and drinks also, everything was good until one of the waiter or restaurant person came and told us we are too loud. I don't know what's the reason but I believe because we were upstairs and there were not so many people upstairs if you laugh loud its gona look like its too loud ( resonance effect) but he dint seems to understand and ask us not to laugh. You are going to a comedy show and you are not suppose to laugh, I believe than they should stop the show or have more space downstairs, non the well there was no point talking to restaurent person. we tried to be low voiced but now he came and told something, curiosly all my friends asked what happened while I was telling them he came back and asked me to leave non the well I standup to leave. I asked can I get my stuff( cell phone and cards) I think asking about my stuff made him more angry or he was already pissed at some body and he grabbed me from my neck and hand and showed me the way. For me this was definitely humiliating but very strange. I don't understand the reason. I don't know what should I consider it as act of racism or just aggressive behavior Restaurent have against their customers.
