electric company

ive been with a electric company for 3yr,ive been paying a bill off that they said i owed wen recently moved in my property,i am paying between 20 to 40 wk for a small house withjust the basic electric supply,eg lites tv etc,i have been paying this bill off as i thort 4,2yr,ive just recently found out that i am still oweing the vast amount still,even after paying 20 to 40 pound aweek,i have been in touch with the company over and over to have information sent to me of my bills and acount,this has not happend,i have even tried viewing my account and bills over the net,and keep getting blank pages,i have also been intouch with a respected company to have this investigated,things are still the same,has any1 any advice on who i could contact next to get to the root of this carryon?i cannot change the supplier as they have told me i still owe more than other companys take on,but have still not said the amount still oweing,av run out of ideas,but will keep trying to investigate this further......
