Poor Ink Jet materal

I purchased epson compatible Ink Jet cartriges and paper from 1800SaveMart.com. The cartriges were to be equal to or better than the orignals. What I found was flat, with a fog, Images that would partialy wipe off. Now I am tring to get my money back. They do not answer the phone they will only contact you by email and tell you nothing is wrong.
