northern neck ins. co. in irvington, va. is the worst company to file a claim against. the quoted an amount forthe acv of my totalled vehicle one day and then overnight reduced the acv by $1500.00. The claims adjustor continually harrassed me at my workplace, and was rude and disrespectful to a co-worker and my boss. The claims adjustor wanted us to sign the vehicle title over to them without settlement.
