Duff plants from Crocus

We have bought plants etc from Crocus.co.uk for several years but last year I bought 2 box trees to match others bought previously. Two manky specimens were delivered; but I decided to give them a season to recover. They haven't. I complained, with photographs, but received a high-handed brush off from a 'plant doctor' who said there was nothing wrong with them. I will not be dealing with the company again. Their products are now over-priced and their customer relations a joke.
