IT's just not Fair!

My job makes me go from day shift to night shift each week. I work Thursday 11am to 7:30pm and then Friday 2:30-11pm then Sat and Sun 7p-7a. How can this be fair? Everyone else signed the same 'flexibility schedule' but they get the same hours each week!
