A stupid person rear ended my husband - his car was sent to the shop - her insurance company agreed to pay since she was ticketed. They arranged for a rental car - after 2 weeks the insurance company NATIONWIDE called to say they were not Legally required to pay for our rental car any longer. OUr ouw ins co refused to pay since we did not report the accident to protect our insurance credit report. We are now stuck with paying a rental car and the legislature did not take care of the LITTLE MAN in this case - the law states the insurance company only has to provide a rental car for 5 days. NATIONWIDE INSURANCE IS EXTREMELY UNETHICAL. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE UNETHICAL BUSINESS PEOPLE. STAY AWAY FROM NATIONWIDE INSURANCE. WARNING - WARNING - WARNING
