Did They Cheat?

This is half confession, half question... Years ago, I had a girlfriend who I wanted to marry. For various reasons, we never did and we are both friends to this day but married to different people. She lived about 30 to 40 minutes away and she would always come to see me. Sometimes she would come unexpected. One night I was at home sick, still living with my parents at the time. She called me and asked what I was doing and if I felt like company. I told her I didn't, that I was going to go back to sleep. She said she was going to drive around and she would call me later. I went back to sleep. A few hours later I called her and I heard a car door. I asked her where she was. She said she had stopped by my best friends place as she was driving around and saw he was outside. So she had been there talking about me, our relationship, getting his opinion on things, etc... What I found odd about this was that he was my best friend, the two of them only knew of one another because of me yet she was stopping by... I always wondered if anything had happened that night. I mean she had cheated on her hubby to be with me, why wouldn't she have cheated on me? Ironically enough, today, an old friend tells me that my ex and my best friend did sleep together but not when I thought. Do I dare confront them about this after all these years? And is it wrong to be turned on by it.
