hi there, i wanted to ask for your kind opinion. i hired a lady to take care of my elderly father as i don't live in the same country as him and i wanted to make sure he was taken care of and had company. well i just found out she has been telling my sister everything i say about anything and everything. she told my sister all my secrets and twisted everything around. i dont know what to do now. she is very good for my father but i told her in the beginning not to get involved with my family. it is very disappointing. should i sack her because she is causing many problems between me and my sister. she will tell me things my sister said and will tell me not to say anything to her but then she will say the same thing to my sister not to say anything to me. i can't trust her anymore and it is making me nervous. what would you do? please help. thank you raw confession. from a worried confused person.

Tell her better be keep away from your family matters or else get ready to be fired.
