Ordered a leather sofa from DFS. Colour ordered was the same as the swatch in store - a light tan, however on arival it was more of an orange. Chap was sent out but said it was the nature of the leather in the dying process that some hides will develop the dye a deeper shade than others. My complaint is why bother with the swatches in store when it seems to be so random as to what colour you are going to get. Still kicking up a fuss. We've only had it 48 hrs.
