I have been waiting for nearly two years for my final divorce decree and almost 1 1/2 years for my final bankruptcy documentation. My fee has been paid and now I have trouble even getting my attorney to call me back. my whole life is on terminal hold.

I have a situation where because I was ill I was terminated from my faculty position at a community college. I was also barred from campus. I felt that I had been wrongfully terminated and wrongfully barred from campus. I consulted with a lawyer who had settled a previous case for me. I provided the necessary write up and he said that I had a winnable case and that I would be satisfied with the outcome. I gave him his retainer. I also send him weekly updates and necessary documents. I have called his office and asked about my status. He has not returned my calls. I feel that I should know if I am on the right track.
