
DELL COMPUTER CUSTOMER SERVICE?!? YEAH RIGHT!!!!!!

I purchased a rather pricey Dell XP computer. The gentleman that I spoke to when purchasing it by phone was very helpful. IT ALL ENDED THERE. After my purchase, I found out that DELL's CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NONEXISTENT!!!!! I have been on the phone way too many times with customer service, tech support etc, etc. When I asked to speak with a superviser or management, I was conveniently DISCONNECTED!!!!! I was forwarded many times from one phone number to another only to be told to go back to the first number that I called. The computer has been nothing but a thorn in my side since day 1 and the ink cartrige prices are INSANE! I would not wish a dell computer on my worst enemy! I have never dealt with a company with such poor customer service. If I could find out how, I would send it back today and purchase any brand out there, but I will check out the customer service issues first BEFORE I make a purchase. Dell has no right to treat people with such disrespect! I am stressed beyond belief over this and I still owe ever $1000 for a computer that has caused me nothing but grief and agrravation from the day I opened the box. I have never been more frustrated or disgusted in my life and I have wracked up cell phone minutes trying to solve tech support issues so I could be online at the same time. I can not find words to express my irritation and anger with Dell!!!!!!!!
